The Potter's House Christian Center is part of Christian Fellowship Ministries, a worldwide fellowship that began in 1970 under the leadership of Pastor Wayman Mitchell in Prescott, Arizona. Since then, God has used this vision to plant thousands of churches through evangelism, discipleship, and church planting.
Together with our mother church in Ogden and churches around the world, we are committed to reaching our city and the nations with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Here at The Potter's House Christian Center in West Valley City, our desire is to see lives transformed, families restored, and people come to know Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior. We believe that Jesus Christ is the only hope for mankind, and we are dedicated to sharing that hope with our community and beyond.
Our Local Church
P. Isaiah Medina & Peggy Medina
Pastor Isaiah and Peggy Medina have faithfully served Jesus Christ for over two decades after giving their lives to Him at The Potter's House Christian Center in Ogden, Utah. Through God's grace, Pastor Isaiah's life was radically transformed, and together they answered God's call to preach the Gospel.
Throughout the years, they have faithfully served in ministry by pioneering churches, serving as missionaries, and investing in lives through discipleship. Today, they are honored to pastor The Potter's House Christian Center in West Valley City, where their passion is to see people experience the transforming power of Jesus Christ and to reach their community with the hope of the Gospel.

Evangelism
We believe every believer has the privilege and responsibility to share the Gospel. Whether through personal conversations, community outreach, or missions, our desire is to bring the hope of Jesus Christ to those who have not yet heard His message.
Discipleship
Following Jesus is a lifelong journey. We are committed to helping people grow in their faith by teaching God's Word, building meaningful relationships, and equipping believers to live out their calling with confidence.
Conversion
We believe no life is beyond God's reach. Through the power of the Gospel, Jesus Christ forgives, restores, and transforms lives, giving every person the opportunity for a new beginning.
Church Planting
Healthy churches raise up leaders and send them out. We are committed to developing men and women who will answer God's call to establish Bible-believing churches in new communities and around the world.
The Local Church
We believe the local church is where people find encouragement, accountability, and spiritual growth. It is a place where believers worship together, serve one another, and become equipped to impact their generation for Christ.
World Evangelism
God's love extends to every nation, language, and people. As a church, we are committed to supporting missions, sending workers into the harvest, and partnering in the Great Commission until the Gospel reaches the ends of the earth.
Our Mission
Our mission is simple: to share the truth and hope of Jesus Christ with the world.
Everything we do is centered on three priorities: Evangelism, Discipleship, and Church Planting. We believe every person deserves the opportunity to hear the Gospel, every believer should be equipped to grow in their faith, and every generation should be challenged to answer God's call to reach new cities and nations with the message of Jesus Christ.
As a church, we are committed to fulfilling Christ's Great Commission by sharing His love through personal evangelism, community outreach, and world missions. Inspired by the vision passed down through Christian Fellowship Ministries, we desire to see lives transformed, families restored, and disciples raised up to make an eternal impact.
Our church's Scripture of the Year is John 13:35: "By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another." We believe that as we live out Christ's love, people will not only hear the Gospel—they will see it reflected in our lives. Whether through worship, service, outreach, or everyday relationships, our mission is to lead people into a genuine relationship with Jesus Christ and help them become lifelong disciples.
